Why order direct?  If you are a homeowner in the early stages of selecting a loan, this option maximizes flexibility. As a homeowner, ordering the appraisal directly makes you the legal client of the appraiser.  This allows you to switch lenders (up to two times) at no additional cost and without having to obtain a lender release. 

If you are commited to a specific loan officer, send us a quick e-mail with the loan officer's name and number.  We will confirm whether we are already approved with your lender or submit the necessary paperwork to become approved.  We will follow up with a progress update within 24 hours.
